Site has shut down (URL checked 9/14/2015 PDT) and shows this message now:

Farewell Announcement
After many years of helping filmmakers create and exhibit their unique works and share them with thankful viewers we announce that OpenFilm was shut down. We were proud of the community that rallied around  OpenFilm and inspired by the incredible sharing and discovery that came from it.
While it is sad to say goodbye to OpenFilm, we are eager to put our hearts into exploring new technologies and moving further.
We thank all of our talented community for sharing success and great ideas with us and wish all of you be inspired with many more creative ideas.
