Seeking source on obscure publication by Allis

On the web, I find mention of an article by Allis, "Is a Pronominal Revision of the Authorised Version Desirable?" I find the text of this document, but cannot find a clue as to where & when it was published? Is this real? Pete unseth (talk) 21:55, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
