Ownership of the tunnel

It is currently claimed (without any citations) that the tunnel was sold to Metro-North. However, most other sources suggest that the whole Port Jervis Line is owned by NS and leased to Metro-North. If the ownership between the tunnel and the actual tracks is different, that should be explicitly stated. ZLima12 (talk) 00:10, 7 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
