Coren Bot indication

[edit]

I have looked on the indicated source page: The material seems to be sufficiently changed into the words of the page author. There are certain sentences that remain close resemblances, and the goals/aims of the organisation are identical, but that should be expected. Worth noting also that Earwig's certainty is only 39%. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jhill270 (talkcontribs) 08:40, 12 March 2015‎

Jhill270, I don't agree with your assessment. As this report shows, there was substantial direct copying from the publications of the organisation. That has now been removed and rewritten (see below). Please acquire a better understanding of our copyright policy before commenting again on copyright matters. Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: http://paoyouthorganization.blogspot.com/2009/06/normal-0-false-false-false.html. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, and according to fair use may copy sentences and phrases, provided they are included in quotation marks and referenced properly. The material may also be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Therefore such paraphrased portions must provide their source.
