—The entrance is on the island under an elevated structure, and appears to be marked for emergency use only. It is opposite 184 Boulevard de la Villette at 48°52′54″N 2°22′13″E / 48.88167°N 2.37028°E and here it is on Google Street View. It's missing from the table of protected enclosure-type entrances; see fr:Discussion:Édicule Guimard#Juarès. I'd be very grateful if someone could snap a photo of it and upload it to Commons.
