[edit]In the total absence of sources of any kind, I am adding the "Unreferenced" template. I'll try and search in the fr:Pascal Pia in order to remove it. Following the comments about the "right to nothingness", I'd say that precisely sources may be hard to find to elucidate what Pia really meant and how this would be compatible with the Wikipedia ethos.
