Monsieur d'Estournelles de Constant doesn't belong to the "Constant de Rebecque" family. According to "Annuaire de la noblesse de France et des maisons souveraines de l'Europe" (http://archive.org/stream/annuairedelanob03unkngoog/annuairedelanob03unkngoog_djvu.txt) does he belong to the bourgeois family "Balluet" anddid simply adopt the arms of the noble Rebecque family.

Quote: "Pour la notice sur la famille Balluet, citée au XVIII" siècle, dans la bourgeoisie parisienne et qui paraît de nos jours avoir adopté les armoiries des Constant de Rebecque dout elle a relevé le nom, cf.
