The current "history" page on the Payson Center site omits some information of potential interest - notably its original name and later reorganization - which I don't see elsewhere on the web either (it can be discerned from archived pages on Archive.org. I have given some of that info here. I did a distance course for Payson while they still had the office in Arlington, just before that was closed and reorganization under the law school was effectuated.
