Who wrote this? The guy has appeared twice in Batman stories (World's Finest 30 and Batman Chronicles #19), and he was killed by the end of both stories. He most certainly was not at large or in Arkham Asylum. I'm also hesistant to call him a "classic advesary" of Batman because he was killed off in his only Golden Age appearance. I also removed the Other Media for WP:NOR. Provide some sources on that claim.--Toffile16:08, 25 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This seems to have mutated from the classic giant penny that has appeared for decades in Batman's batcave. I think the giant penny deserves it's own article, not the Penny Plunderer.
