Personal Robot → Personal robot –

Should be uncontroversial: it starts with "A personal robot is". Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased.
