Brigadier Peter Young
[edit]I think there has been some confusion between Major General Peter Young (Oxf and Bucks L.I.) and Brigadier Peter Young who was a founding member of No 3 Commando. Major General Peter Young wasn't a former Commando officer. Charlie52 (talk) 11:53, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
Yes, Brigadier Peter Young, DSO, MC (1915-1988) is descriubed elsewhere in Wikipedia as "Highly decorated World War II commando leader, commander of the 9th Regiment of the Arab Legion, founder of the Sealed Knot" He should have his own page. I have deleted the erroneous statements, and as many links as I can find (I have changed them to "Peter Young (Brigadier)" 80.1.80.5 (talk) 23:36, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for making the correctionsCharlie52 (talk) 12:08, 31 December 2010 (UTC).
- The Brigadier should also have his wargames book written up as part of his entry. Charge!: Or, How to play war games by Peter Young m.e. (talk) 03:31, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
