Formatting

[edit]

There doesn't seem to be a set format for each state and their politics, so I am going to try to start adding here and then making it a little more uniform. I can look around and see which are the best done states and go from there. For now, I will try to do a little and then circle back later. I don't know how many people actually check out these talk pages, but I figured I would at least put it out there. 100 red balloons (talk) 23:58, 21 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"Narrowly elected Bush over Gore"?

[edit]

The article says about the state that "it narrowly elected George W. Bush over Al Gore in 2000". The difference was above 6 percentage points. Does that fit "narrow"? (Until I saw the table, I assumed that the difference was at most 1 or 2 percentage points.) Maybe there is a more or less official definition that I don't know of.
