I love this topic! Its something not many people know about, even bee/pollinator people! I would make sure that you provide some more specific examples of how DNA pollen barcoding is used, or more ways it could be incorporated into current and future research. And lastly, consider rearranging the topics. I would include in the header a sentence about the general use of DNA pollen barcoding (if someone opens the page and just briefly reads it, will they understand what it is and why its used) Overall super good! 02:25, 6 March 2018 (UTC)

This is an awesome topic with wide ranging applications. Very solid intro, but it would have been nice to see a little more drawn out of an outline to see the order of the topics you intended to include. While the opening sentence is perfect from a scientific point of view, you may want to rework it a little bit, keeping in mind that many readers will make the decision to spend the time to actually read an article or not from the first few sentences. I am pretty much finished with this article, I am going to try to move it to the mainspace though I will give it a different title "pollen DNA barcoding" Moosebro (talk) 22:37, 20 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I am thinking about putting the target regions section into a table explaining what each one's advantages and disadvantages are.Moosebro (talk) 02:48, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is a really useful topic, and I'm glad you're making a page for it! You have a lot of good information, and it made me want a little more. Since it is such a technical topic, having a little more background to introduce some of the sections would be helpful. If it was for a technical audience then what you have would be a great, succinct explanation of the topic. I would consider making a section on what the process is before the advantages and disadvantages section. You put a brief explanation in the introduction, but I was wondering about more of the steps involved. Overall, I enjoyed reading it and learned from your page.
