Origin

il ponte di quintodecimo divenne di pietra solo nel 1630. anteriormente era in legno e perciò soggetto a rovina frequente. (cfr V. Cognoli, Acquasanta, vol 2°. i ponti.

I'm aware of that claim (which is inscripted one the brige occaording to some websites. However the reliable sources I've used claim the bridge to be of roman origin. an explanation might be that the bridge was extended/repaired in 1630, if that is the case the info should be included in the article - however not without a reliable source (other than just an arbitrary website). The German version of his article has quite an extensive discussion on that subject by the way.--Kmhkmh (talk) 12:02, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
