Kazakhstan[edit]

Kazakhstan actually does block pornography on the Internet as for Oct 28, 2017.

"Kazakhstan blocks adult pornography, and other content about sexuality. In summer 2015, users reported that the LGBTI dating website BlueSystem had been blocked."
