Speedy deletion?

It is, granted, a short article, I wouldn't argue calling it a stub.

There are two dead links in other Wikipedia articles (Passamaquoddy and History of New Brunswick, neither added or edited by me) to the term prenoun(having this meaning). This means that at least one contributor to those articles thought there should be an article to prenoun (someone other than me made it a link, after all). The meaning is not so common that one may safely assume everyone knows it. It seems strange to prefer dead links to non-existent (or deleted) articles to stubs.

There is also an article to the closely related term preverb; it also seems strange to allow one and simple declare the closely related term forbidden.
