The President of the Bundesrat was the acting head of state in June 2010.

[edit]

Somebody whose English is better than mine should add the fact that Jens Böhrnsen was the acting head of state in June 2010 after the resignation of President Horst Köhler. The text still says that this has never happened. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.233.203.207 (talk) 11:57, 5 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Current President of the Bundesrat

[edit]

This need to be updated: Stephan Weil replaced Winfried Kretschmann on November 1st, 2013. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pr%C3%A4sident_des_Bundesrates_(Deutschland)#Gegenw.C3.A4rtiger_Pr.C3.A4sident_des_Bundesrates The article "Germany", and possibly other related items, require updating as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.20.197.229 (talk) 11:07, 20 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

German Bundesrat

[edit]

The official name of the Bundesrat is just "Bundesrat", without the "German". So the article should be moved to "President of the Bundesrat (Germany)". --Excolis (talk) 07:17, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

See WP:NATURAL.
  1. Natural disambiguation: If it exists, choose an alternative name that the subject is also commonly called in English . . .
  2. Parenthetical disambiguation: If natural disambiguation is not possible, add a disambiguating term in parentheses, after the ambiguous name. . . .
