Is there a reason why a Dutch version of this page is present in the 'Notes' section? If not, I'll remove it.Hannibalianus (talk) 14:17, 3 June 2012 (UTC)

Greek name[edit]

I just corrected the Greek spelling of Ptolemais (Πτολεμαΐς); it was missing the diaresis on the iota. I also removed "Ptolemaida" as a name, because that is the modern Demotic Greek form, which wasn’t used until a couple thousand years after the Ptolemaic period.
