Poor grammar, wording

It’s been a while since I have seen a Wikipedia article that is this poorly worded and with so many grammatical errors. I know that English is not everyone’s first language so I understand that this will happen. I will try to fix what I can when I have the time. If anyone else would care to help, please do.
