Untitled

The founding date of 1983 is on the RBS homepage; I can't find a source to support that it was BAP from 1972 until it moved to UVA, changing its name simultaneously. Anyone clear up the confusion? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.101.67.163 (talk) 20:43, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article scope and tone

There is a lot of good material in this article, but I'm concerned the level of detail is too minute for the encyclopedia, and there are some peacock-term issues to clean up. It would be good to have a good pass through the article and rewrite some sections for brevity. I've done a pass for tense with the shift in leadership and fixed some ref style issues, but more is needed. -Tjarrett (talk) 17:40, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
