Reliable sources

I have no doubt that this author / economist is notable enough to warrant an article, however I'm finding it very tricky to find any information about him from reliable sources. I can find *plenty* of publications of his short stories (as this older revision of the aricle will attest!) however no actual information for supplying the article with references. I guess this is due to the language of the articles in question! Help would be appreciated... Nik thestoned 12:31, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
