I have removed a citation to the We Remember website.

The home page for We Remember indicates that the site is WP:USERGENERATED ("Create a free online memorial" ... "Free to create, free to contribute—no subscriptions!" ... "You’re in control of your content and privacy".
Clicking on "About this memorial" on the previously cited page for Richard Rust brings up a page that says, "This memorial was created from information on Find a Grave." Find a Grave is not reliable because it also is user-generated.
