[edit]Please note: Both External Links are dead - no valid pages exist there. I am looking but haven't yet found the new official Ridley Park Borough Web Site - if there is one at this time. J-Mac (talk) 23:11, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for the note. I found a new version of the 2nd link, but not the 1st. Maybe they let their website hosting contract lapse and will be back up when someone remembers to pay the bill. ha ha Kafziel Complaint Department 23:23, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Boeing Factory Not in Ridley Park
[edit]Boeing is physically situated in Ridley Township, though it has its post office in Ridley Park. Barring disagreement, this fact should be moved to the Ridley Township page.Jimbutt (talk) 01:33, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
- Actually, it is in Ridley Park. Pieces of the property belong to Eddystone and Ridley Park. There was a tax settlement in 1993 regarding this. The land in Ridley Park is a bit scattered once you cross Chester Pike. For example, all the houses down Sellers Avenue are in Ridley Park, yet all the houses starting down Acres Drive are in Leedom Estates, which is in Ridley Township. Boeing was originally in Morton, which is Ridley Township. It was called Boeing-Vertol at the time and they turned out Chinook helicopters, one a day, during the Vietnam War. They moved to Ridley Park because there was no room to expand in Morton. But the land in Ridley Park, along the Industrial Highway, was wide open space. SW3 5DL (talk) 02:48, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
