notability tag
[edit]I think that this article passes the WP:BAND notability guideline. Specifically sections 1, and 4. --Rocksanddirt (talk) 20:17, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- The article does not indicate any of the criteria listed under "Criteria for musicians and ensembles". If Rita Hosking in fact meets one of the criteria, then that should be mentioned in the article. chrylis (talk) 20:21, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'll rephrase the text to specifically note a) independent reviews and b) national tours/performances. But I won't have time for a bit (a few hours). --Rocksanddirt (talk) 20:40, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- Since the article will be as it is for a while, I've re-added the notability tag and replaced the stub with expand (since the article certainly has enough content to be considered a short article rather than a stub). This will tell anyone else who may read the page that additional information is welcome. Please remove the notability tag once the references to her national tour are in place. Also, since she has self-published her albums, she may be interested in uploading album covers along with a picture of herself. chrylis (talk) 20:47, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- I don't know about the album covers and other artwork. I do know her (a little, her kids go to the same school mine do), but have not been a big 'fan' per se. --Rocksanddirt (talk) 18:36, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

New Release "Burn"
[edit]I know her newest record is released around now (maybe today?), once there are some reviews some information should get added to the discography section. --Rocksanddirt (talk) 20:24, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
