Rizal as Jove Rex Al[edit]

I just received a link to this paper by Palmo R. Iya, of the Social Sciences Department faculty, College of Liberal Arts, De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. This appears to be relevant here, but not being very familiar with Rizalista myself, I am I am reluctant to mention it in this article, even WP:BOLDly, and even in Further reading or External links sections; so, I'm mentioning it on this talk page for regular editors of the article to consider.

The paper is titled: Jove Rex Al: The making of the Filipino Christ. It "posits two significant revelations why Dr. Jose P. Rizal, the Philippine national hero is regarded by the Rizalista groups as “God” or “Christ” Himself. First, Filipino culture has something to do with it; and second, American imperialism had paved the way to reinforce this veneration and worship for Rizal by some Filipinos." I'm mentioning the link to the paper here for whatever consideration regular editors of this article feel is appropriate to give it.
