I ddin't know that Mr. Robert Hooks had been the original host of "Like It Is", preceeding Gil Noble. Amazing! I wonder why he didn't intercede in the impending canceling of the decades, long-running public affairs program, as he seems to be a very pro-active individual. His other filsm, such as "A Taste of Honey", and "Hurry Sundown" should be more prominately shown on cable.
