Seems to me the subject may be notable, so I didn't want to list for AfD. The page was created by Roghart, whose user name is the same as the article. I'm unsure what to do with self-created articles about potentially notable subjects, as "if you're notable enough, someone else will create the page" is a guideline, not a rule. - dharmabum 00:25, 22 February 2006 (UTC)

Roger Hart is one of the founders of Environmental Psychology and a leader in children's rights for UNICEF. It is my understanding, as an environmental social scientist, that the environmental psychology wikipedia site and all of its links are currently being rewritten because many facts are biased or incorrect. It is possible that Hart was asked to create his page.
- Dr. Hart is notable and all respect to his work on childrens' issues but -- one of the founders of Environmental Psychology? Nope. Roger Barker has Dr. Hart beaten by several decades. Lockley 06:21, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
