In the entire series Roger's age was never stated explicitly. Nevertheless, during a conversation with Margaret in S06E09 he states he was Ellory's age (of 4 years) when he watched The Golem, a German silent movie from 1915. However, it is more likely he was talking about the far more famous prequel, released in US theaters in 1921, thus making Roger being born around 1917.
