The composer might well be notable, judging by his homepage. Currently, secondary sources are missing however, and the article is extremely short, even for a stub. For the moment, I will remove the "importance" tag, add "expand" request, and add the "primarysources" tag, hoping that secondary sources will be added to establish notability.
