Ferries of Scotland

[edit]

Why is this article categorised under Category:Ferries of Scotland. If the ship was built in Scotland, then that would be a good reason, but if we know that why don't we say it in the text. Or it could just be an error. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 19:45, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, on taking a second look, I see that article also includes the navigational template Scottish Ferry Operators. Clearly somebody doesn't know the difference between Scotland and Ireland. Correcting. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 19:49, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Notability/merge/redirect

[edit]
The following discussion is closed and will soon be archived.

Hi. As per the notability tag that I placed on this article a while back, I do not see how notability is demonstrated here. The only mentions of this small boat that I can find are here and here. Which are barely passing mentions. Otherwise, the only older/pre-web sources that seem to exist are singular "listings" in books/directories like this. Which also don't meet SIGCOV/GNG guidelines. Unless there are any other thoughts, I'm inclined to merge the limited content here to Rosnaree. (as the place this small boat was named after), and to redirect this title to the same target (as an alternative/Irish title for the place - as done elsewhere).  Resolved - As it has been some time since my note above, and not having heard any other inputs, I have gone ahead with the merge/redirect. Guliolopez (talk) 15:57, 7 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
