The intro said that Roscommon caters to half the population of the county, as Boyle is the only other major town in the county. I've edited that to include Castlerea. However, I think this statement is still not entirely accurate. Much of the county's population is "catered" to by towns outside the county, including Athlone, Carrick-on-Shannon, and Ballinasloe. Notable people[edit]

It appears that only one of the people listed Luke 'Ming' Flanagan is actually from Roscommon, the others are from towns in the county, so should possible be moved there. Are there no other genuine Roscommonites we can add? ww2censor (talk) 17:27, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
