This does read as a self-written article. Promotional tone: difference between 'finally Ross univ did...' and 'Ross univ did' removes related-party context. Locations dont really read as descriptive information, and more like service-detail information- the kind of thing that would provided as part of the service via the site or company (akin to a store locator). Acquisition, mission statement, focus, history and goals seem like relevant static information to the company. An encyclopedic article should not be providing the specific 'run-time' details of the company like specific locations. A rough number, or ratio of US states seems to be generally acceptable. We don't normally include mission statements or goals, as they usually read like something written by the public relations department, giving advert-like content without imparting any real information.
