According to this Private eye article and other media reports, Professor Anderson opposed vaccination claiming it would prolong the UK's 2001 Foot and Mouth epidemic. This is despite Foot and Mouth and other animal epidemic control experts claiming the contrary[1]. We should incorporate this into the article.
