Technical bit
[edit]The sentence: Ruizite's structure consists of edge-sharing Mnφ6 octahedra, connected at corners into sheets and together into a lattice by clusters of Si4O11(OH)2. could use a bit of explanation (rather jargon heavy). In particular, the Mnφ6 ... what is φ? The reference abstract (no access to full paper) doesn't explain much. The further reading source (Moore, et al.) simply states: Φ : anion not associated with a tetrahedron and further usually OH.
If that sentence is needed, then the symbols need defining/clarifying. Vsmith (talk) 15:16, 25 December 2012 (UTC)
