What is phenosafranine?

It's mentioned here but not really defined. Equinox (talk) 00:54, 27 November 2015 (UTC) Phenosafranine C₁₈H₁₅ClN₄^[1] Also mentioned in Photographic facts and formulas, page 28 and a desensitizing dye for photographic plates to allow them to be processed without a darkroom, once stained (red?).^[2][reply]
