Scale bar on image may be incorrect

I think the scale bar in the image included here should actually represent 100nm as opposed to 100um as is labelled. Initial electron micrographs of His1 suggest that this is the appropriate scale as well (See Bath & Dyall-Smith 1998 [PMID: 9765495]). What should be done about this? Is it a big enough issue to warrant changing the image?
