Contradiction regarding dates in current text
[edit]"The Sao civilization began as early as the sixth or fourth century BCE, and by the end of the first millennium BCE, their presence was well established around Lake Chad and near the Chari River."
How can a civilization begin at one point in time, and be well-established 400 to 600 years earlier? Either the timeline is presented wrong, or the grammar or word choice in the sentence is in error. I'm a complete neophyte on the topic, so I can't be of help. 2600:1700:A644:6000:953C:CF69:4915:994B (talk) 06:11, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
