Wrong redirected districts ?

I'm a bit confused:

13-10 Xonnabouly redirects to Khanthaboury District - but sounds like Xonbouli/Xonbuly ເມືອງຊົນບຸລີ
13-14 Xayphouthong ເມືອງໄຊພູທອງ redirects to Xonboury District - there is also a wikidata item for Xayphouthong (Q10834764)
