Overall: Looks good to me. It looks neutral, references passed spot-checks, and the hook is both in the article and sourced to page 58 of the law commission review above. I would prefer secondary sources to cover this some of the information included, but I don't think that is a barrier based on the DYK criteria (though it would probably be to a GA).
