I cannot find "Shell Flat" on the AfD pages for August 1st, 2nd or 3rd, so I will just leave my comment here.
(BTW, a link to the correct AfD page would be helpful.)
I support the article deletion, but for reasons somewhat different than the AfD proposer. In my view, the abandonment of the wind farm project at Shell Flat would be reason to delete the entire section on the Shell Flat Wind Farm, but not the entire article, as the article has another section that deals with "Shell Flat" as a geographic area, having nothing whatsoever to do with the (formerly?) proposed wind farm. Thus, the abandonment of the wind farm would be insufficient, in and of itself, to support AfD of the entire article. However, since the single sentence claim in the geographic section about the area called Shell Flat is totally unsourced, and has remained so for several months, I support deletion of the entire article. Although cancelled, the project was notable and concerns about the it are well covered by media. The project deserves its page. Beagel (talk) 14:55, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
