Support. Though neither title has much usage I could find, it does seem like "Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands" is likely the WP:COMMONNAME. This move would also make the title WP:CONSISTENT with Cocos (Keeling) Islands. ModernDayTrilobite (talk • contribs) 17:57, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
