Edward VII/VI

I think that it would be rather hard to reprise the role of Edward VII in The Prince and the Pauper, as the story was about Edward VI a few hundred years previously. Mind you, not having seen the adaption, maybe it was "modernised". (83.16.188.58 (talk) 07:38, 23 August 2011 (UTC))[reply]

The entry was in error. trezjr (talk) 16:20, 17 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

CAUSE OF DEATH[edit]

There have been internet statements for years that Simon's death was drug-related, but no where was a source of this information supplied (obituary, death certificate, etc). I am searching for such verification, but unless and until I or someone else can find reliable verification, statement of "drug related" death will be removed in 30 days. trezjr (talk) 21:46, 7 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removing "Drug Related" as cause of death until such time as AUTHORITATIVE source can be provided. All that has been offered up to this point in time is internet rumor and "books" consisting of Wiki-related quotes. trezjr (talk) 22:14, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

His cause of death has never been properly explained and it was rumoured he had been murdered. (86.150.124.82 (talk) 22:54, 22 December 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Filmography section[edit]

As Gipps-Kent was more active on television than in films there should be a section on his television roles. (Mcd;;d;ww (talk) 13:02, 21 January 2019 (UTC))[reply]

Those roles are pretty much covered in the text of the article with associated links. trezjr (talk) 03:17, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The Firefighters[edit]

The sentence about The Firefighters and other Children's Film Foundation works being curated by the BFI - isn't that information that more properly belongs in the Children's Film Foundation article? In this article, which is about Simon Gipps-Kent, it comes across as obtrusive.

You're talking about 5 words. If that's "intrusive" to you, take them out. trezjr (talk) 03:09, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
