What is such a problem with this article that is needs attention of an expert. I cant say Im the latter but I've done a fair of SAXS and this story seems fine to me Jcwf (talk) 22:52, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Because the nuclei of all atoms are compact and of comparable size neutrons are capable of interacting strongly with all atoms." I'm not sure this is quite correct. Neutrons interact weakly with all matter however, unlike X-Rays they can interact with most nuclei in a similar way as the scattering is a function of scattering length not electron density. --Holyone2 (talk) 20:20, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
