Explaining disfunctional reference link

In case anyone is wondering why the link for the reference called DRDO Annual Report 2017 is not working, that is most probably because a new version of DRDO website was launched which caused the deletion/unavailability of that report. This is also true for a plethora of other PDFs and ebooks which have become unavailable after this new website launch.
