the text of this article is a little mixed up. Did she become a Japanese, Swede or British citizen? Did she become a expatriate from where? to where? Thanks Hmains02:11, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
She, like John Wilson and their progeny, were Swedish subjects and remained so throughout their lives, I believe. Later descendants married Japanese and their children might take Japanese citizenship. They were expatriate Swedes who lived in Japan.
