Incorporation Date

South Charleston was incorporated in 1917, not 1919 as the article indicates. I won't bother changing it -- some wiki-bully would just come along and revert my edits, so I'll leave the error in place. SimpsonDG (talk) 20:32, 14 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
