Population

The census map shown appears to include Shinnecock Reservation within the boundaries of the Village of Southampton. Can anyone confirm whether this means that the 504 people registered for the reservation in the census are included in the 3,965 registered for the village, or are the two figures completely separate? Hispanic or Latino of any race were 94.30% of the population. Really? That contradicts the other percentages given.
