notability

[edit]

Is it worth an article of it's own? It seems ([1]) that No. 107 was an individual engine's S/N, not a type ID. Or was it a one-of-a-kind type? East of Borschov 20:23, 9 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Original research

[edit]

This excellent article stub about a particular locomotive is all original research. The article has no references that indicate the existence of the locomotive or any of the details, apparently painstakingly collected since 2010. The article fails WP:V. This particular locomotive is partially described in a book [2]. Evidently its existence is enough to ascribe notability WP:N. The article ought to say why it is notable and deserves to be in an encyclopedia. Seven years should be long enough to add these details to the article. It is up to the editor adding text to provide references. Rhadow (talk) 13:33, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"delete as excellent", now that's a new one. Andy Dingley (talk) 00:44, 11 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
