The new criticism section needs work on the language, which should be neutral, and it needs citation. Can you please read No original research, Verifiability and Reliable sources Citing sources before contributing to the Special 301 Report article? You are adding original research, with no sources, and you are removing sourced information for no apparent reason. The article does need expanding. But not with un-sourced original research.
