Our intrepid photographer has somehow found a sign where the red slash across the "city" icon, to indicate "outside of urban areas" for the 80kmh limit, has gone missing. Now, I'm a long long way from Albania, and they are likely not easily contactable to request a do-over, if they are even able to fulfil that. Can we draw a red line over that icon?
